Georgiana Ursachescu- Executive Officer Engagement & Events
Georgiana is a purposeful professional with a Law degree (Upper Second Class Honours) from the University of Northampton, alumna of Bloomsbury Institute. Currently an Executive Officer Engagement & Events at Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild, she excels in managing teams, supporting compliance, and organizing student activities.
Georgiana’s versatile background includes Peer Advisor and Receptionist roles, showcasing her proficiency in communication and team leadership. Her voluntary contributions as a Student Advisor (2021- 2023), PAL Leader, and Equality and Diversity Society leader underscore her commitment to community engagement. Georgiana’s strategic mindset is evident in her roles as a Student Trustee and Representative at Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild.
With a global perspective, multilingual proficiency, and certifications in crucial skills, Georgiana is a dynamic professional known for thriving in diverse organizational contexts.
Daniel Meresanu- Executive Officer Employability & Volunteering
Daniel is a Business Management graduate from Bloomsbury Institute. Post-graduation, he first worked in the admissions department, analysing applications, and helping shape the department policies. He actively supported his peers as a Student Rep and Peer Advisor for the Student Guild during his student years. Now, as an alumnus, working for the Student Guild, he guides students through career prospects, helping them find part-time employment and boosting their confidence.
As the Employability and Volunteering Officer, he leads weekly employability workshops, identifies student volunteer opportunities, and supports the Guild’s value-driven activities. Outside work, he promotes health and fitness through sports and outdoor activities such as hiking. He is also an enthusiastic advocate for sustainable fashion and adores pets.
Daniel is excited to continue empowering students and fostering a community that values growth and well-being!
Gergana Atanasova- Executive Officer Visibility & Marketing
Gergana is a recent graduate holding a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Northampton, also an alumna of Bloomsbury Institute London. The current role is that of an Executive Officer in Visibility and Marketing at Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild, with primary responsibilities including student support, managing social media, overseeing merchandise, and managing bookkeeping tasks.
In addition, there is a robust history of voluntary contributions to various organisations, such as Bloomsbury Law Clinic (June 2021-Jan 2023), Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild, CAB etc. She is certified as a Mental Health First Aider.
